Growing like a weed

Before we were parents, Ben and I used to talk about who's birthday was coming up next, what movie we were going to go see, what we would do with the dogs when we left for 3 days, how much $$ we could afford to spend on 'necessities' like shoes or video games.

So strange that how our priorities change. Now our conversations revolve around Jake and our nephew Ethan... and what we did without them!

Minnie Crush

So far, Jake's favorite Disney World character is Minnie Mouse. He's been asking for her when we're on rides, before he goes to bed, and when we look at pictures of our day.

January

January has been a blast! Jake's first real snow was fun for him. Now when he sees anything white on the ground he says 'snowing, snowing, snowing'.

We'll have more pictures soon. My camera broke and we're planning on getting a new one before our trip to Disney World in February. There'll be tons of pictures then!

Merry Christmas!

LOVING October! Ben's been home a lot more and we've been out having fun. The best part is: October's not even over. We're going to Spooktacular at Dickerson Park Zoo and there's still Halloween... We'll update more soon.
